Bio

Rich Lee, an individual with more than 30 years of experience in journalism and public relations, is Communications Director for the Hall Institute of Public Policy – New Jersey. Rich also teaches media, government and communications courses at Rutgers University and Mercer County Community College, and is working on a Ph.D. in media studies at Rutgers.
